I have lived here for almost a year and have zero complaints. I commute daily to the UW or downtown Seattle with little hassle and saving big bucks on rent!

When I moved in the apartment was very clean! The walls were freshly painted, new carpet, and all professionally cleaned. The 1 bedroom apts. are nice and large with a great patio and plenty of light. The appliances are on the older side but work just fine. Each apt has two off street parking spots.

There is great access to I-5 north or south and HWY 99, but very little traffic noise. The neighborhood is also fairly quiet. There are bus stops directly to the U-district and downtown within a 3 minute walk and a part and ride (Montlake Terrace) that is a 7 minute drive. The bus ride is 30 min to down town and 20 to the UW during non rush hour. Also, because the bus jumps on I-5 right after this stop, I spend less time riding than friends who have to ride city buses that make lots of stops.

Getting to the ferry or downtown Edmonds takes less than 10 minutes and there are grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and more all within walking or short driving distances. Downtown Edmonds is so nice and I like being able to jump in the car to watch the sun set over the Olympics. Some apartments have views of the Cascades from the balconies.

There are two seperate buildings each with its own (very clean)laundry room. The managers are very nice and take both good care of the aparment grounds but are also very responsive to maintenance requests. The buildings are quiet, no rowdy parties, and I seldom hear my neighbors.
