I have been living in the complex for a few month now and I'm going to move out soon because the female manager is too much to handle. I even had to fight for my parking spots. It seems to me that she favors older resident and age does matter to her. I have yet to know witch is my second parking spot and when I ask her she give me the runaround. If anyone is looking to move in make sure that you get the parking situation written down on paper first.
