We lived at Woodway Estates for a few years . . . Management isn't to be trusted & owners are just as bad. They don't look out for there Renters & show no loyalty at all even though we payed rent on time every month & never caused any problems. **Parking is a Nightmare . . . you have to have a pass for a visitor even if they are just stopping by. The paperwork for a Pass is amazing ... **Virtually everyone that has left have had good reasons to do so. **Again, Management is Terrible & the Owner's son runs the place.
