We live here and really enjoy it. Incredibly spacious for the price, with a large kitchen, lots of windows, and a nice laundry room in the unit itself (not true for all units, but is for our's). Sure, the kitchen appliances aren't exactly new and it's a smaller complex with no added amenities (such as a gym, pool, etc. that larger complexes offer) but it's a great neighborhood (residential behind the complex and walkable to a small shopping area with a PCC, QFC, & Bartells), Edmonds waterfront down the road one way and Aurora Village down the road the other way, and on a busline to downtown Seattle (#416). Managers are very friendly and helpful too. We haven't had a problem with the parking since we only have 1 car, and have 2 assigned spaces, though if you have several visitors it can get tricky.

This sounds suspiciously like a managerial or owner review. Come on, no tenant talks like this. It's an advertisement, not a review.

Haha - no, I'm not a manager, though now that I read it again (it's been awhile since I wrote it) it does sound hokey. Since I wrote the review, I'm still happy, though wasn't exactly happy about scaffolding being up around the entire building to replace the siding for around 9 months (it's gone now, thankfully), and the parking can be difficult if you have guests visit, since you only get 2 spots and there's usually zero guest parking, and no nearby street parking; definitely something to keep in mind. Still a good place, though - hard to find apartments this big for this price in Seattle or Edmonds.
