Thin Walls - I lived in this comlpex for 6 months before moving south to Seattle. I enjoyed all my time here. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The community was fine. Bad review is from a Crazy. Park 212 is a great place to live. Its even better now that the bad reviewer below was forced to move. He was crazy and I think I can speak for all of the tenants here when I say Im glad he is gone.

Smoke enters apartments with all windows and doors closed! I've had to open all the windows and doors and turn on the fans in 20 degree weather just to be able to breath in my unit. Management was very caring and tried to help by caulking the heck out of everything, but it still came in.
