This place is so gross....I lived there for two very long years. I only lived there because they allowed pets. If I had to do it all over again I would not live there. It was HORRIBLE. The managers were nice until they had to do something. The place is a pit. There was mold all over the walls in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The APpliances were outdated and did not work well and a safety hazard. The grounds were not kept up well at all. The grass in the courtyard was dying and yellow where there was grass. In the winter they did not plow the snow in the parking lot so it became a huge sheet of ice. The rent price was outragous for the dump that it was. I would not recommend that a RAT lived there.

First of all, it could not have been that bad, you lived there for two years. Campus Village is not near what you are making it out to be. They are older, but far better than the other properties that allow dogs. I lived there for a year, and never once heard of an issue with mold. The dishwashers are older, but do the job they are intended to do, clean dishes! As for the other appliances, they were exactly what you would expect for an apartment. Overall the grounds were well kept. The exception would be the grass in the courtyard, but with the summer and winter extremes, you would be hard pressed to find much green grass around the entire town! Lastly, the parking lot is plowed, but because there is not much traffic, it does become a sheet of ice. This is an issue in every parking lot in town, including Fred Meyer, so again, there is no room to complain. For an older complex, it is a great place. The management is wonderful, and the community tends to be a lot more mature and quiet than the surrounding properties.
