I do not like living here at all I look at other places to live daily and cannot wait to move out! I loved the landlords when I first moved in but when there is any kind of a problem they are the worst people to deal with. Altough it is pet friendly when I would take my dog into my very small yard area to use the bathroon I would be told that I need to have them on a leash at all times and get fined if I didn't do so. Parking and Noise was good and thats about it. If I didn't have a lease I would move immediatly.

I am guessing your dog was not the most well behaved. We frequently had our dog running throughout the courtyard, and never once were told we need a leash. I would use a leash when we went to get the mail, but beyond that, she would always run freely. I am also curious what you expect for a yard, if that is considered "very small". It was plenty of space for a dog to run, and chase a ball, and if you really needed a lot more space, the park was less than a block away.

What I am saying about the small yard is that it is close to my apartment and that she is not running wild she is close but we are still required to have them on a leash. And yes my dog is well behaved. What I am saying of this place is that for the price there are a lot better places than Campus Village.
