Half way through my lease, the land lord mysteriously moved out, so there is no longer a landlord on-site. There is virtually no communication between tenants and landlord. Of the two washers, only one works, and the dryers must not be working properly because it takes about $3.00 in quarters to dry one load of clothing. My apartment was infested with crickets during the cold months of the year. My fridge was incredibly noisy and had a broken seal on the door, so constantly leaking cold air. Parts of the linoleum floor appear to have been repaired with clear packing tape. Trim on the walls is coming up, with nails sticking out. Repairs prior to me moving in seem to have been done in a cheap, half-hearted way. At one point while living here, an electrician actually entered my apartment while I was sleeping, when both my door knob and dead bolt were locked. He unlocked them with a key from the landlord, though I was given no notice, and I later found out he never had permission to enter my apartment. Walls are thin and I could hear entire conversations of my neighbors. Very poorly insulated. The positive aspect to this complex is its location, but over all it was a great disappointment and not worth the near $500 each month I paid to live here.
