The apartments itself are nice, but you can get a better apartment for your money! The "t3" internet is a lie, it doesnt even work half the time. When it does, its slower than dsl and you get disconnected ALL the time. Also, the pets rule is bs. They say ok to pets when you sign your lease, but no dogs. Only animals that live in glass containers and maybe cats. Parking is full constantly of people that dont even live here. The phoenix security is a joke and don't do nothing. For 420 dollars, I would rather go to ashton courts or somewhere where I can pay for my own cable internet and tv.
