I have lived in Univ.Court for almost two years now. I was worried at first living on a site with so many college kids. This place has been great! I have never in two years heard a party,its always quiet in my area. The laundry facility is wonderful,as is the pool room with a huge screen tv. Theres plenty of room for parking and in the winter the upkeep of the parking lot is good when it snows. They maintain the property well and its always clean. Even though the rent seems higher it really isnt....When you look at the cost of W/S, Tv and Internet they are right in the ballpark with all the other places. When i moved in the rules were explained to me fully,the office and management are very nice and go above and beyond doing things for tenants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone young or older. Its a good place for college kids and also good for parents who want to make sure their kids are save....As a parent i know that is important.
