Pretty Good - I enjoyed living here. It was close to campus. The staff was and is Excellent. Parking was always plentiful, and the apartments are insulated for noise well enough. The draw backs are, there is only one door and no patio. It's not the biggest apartment, but it is set up to feel spacious. The rent is fairly high compared to places of equal accommodation's. Great management It may be hard to find good managers in Ellensburg, but Rene and Dennis actually care about what goes on here. It's pretty quiet and clean, unlike many nearby apartments. The buildings are old and not too impressive, but getting better slowly (inside and out).

You Don't Get What You Pay For I live in University Court now. When they give you the tour, they make it sound like there's no better place in the world, but that's a lie. Rent is $840 for two people, and each person has to pay a $500 deposit, which is way too much.
