Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
not the best place to live but for the rent, it's acceptable. the ponds have been cleaned up, not so much pond scum. The fish in the photos are LONG gone and the fountains are running most of the time.
The manager still is numb to the tenants though. Have an issue' Her response is that those tenants are moving soon... DEAL! I have some people living close with a large dog and that smoke. The dog barks 24/7 and the smoke comes through to my Apt. She doesn't care... I have ear plugs to sleep and air freshners to deal with the cig smoke. seems worth the money I pay' Well, it's better than the options.... I'm dealing.
