This is an excellent apartment community. Notice the low ratings are from 2003. Apparently things have changed drastically here because this apartment community is TOP NOTCH and as nice as it is should cost more! Its rare to find apartments this nice for this price. I am VERY VERY picky and I am totally pleased with these apartments and the community and neighborhood in which it is located. Anyone who can complain about this place has got to be ignorant. Parking is EXCELLENT, there is no noise. it is soo quiet. The Grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The interior is laid out so very nicely and is in pristine condition. I love the floor plan and there are lots of big windows. The decor/colors are so tastefully done! It is entirely safe!! The setting is gorgeous in every way. Maintenance is Johnny on the Spot! The office staff are so super nice and very customer/resident oriented and accomodating. This is one of the BEST apartment communities I have ever lived in!

I work in the property managment business and after reading this it sounds like you work there with all your detail to selling the apartments. It should cost more? Thats funny no one who lives there would say that, who would want a rent increase?

I totally agree with the response. There is no way that you are a resident! I used to live there and yes it WAS a nice property and then managers changed. Reading that just makes me laugh out loud histerically! I was checking this out to see if I want to go back but it looks like the manager may have something to hide by posting something that ridiculous! Come on now.

Considering the rest of the apartments in Puyallup and Auburn, the rents are cheap. I've been looking at a couple of different areas and it's a nice community and not very expensive.
