Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Have had problems with the water bill since moving in, management will not fix the problem. Have mentioned maintenance problems without getting a solution. Can hear every move the upstairs neighbors make. Children are unattended on grounds and get into things on the patios of other renters.
