Owner Keeps Raising Rent - I would not recommend moving to this apartment complex. They call them luxury and they are everything but that. I would say that the apartments are descent but not luxury. These apartments are kind of located in a dangerous sketchy area. Average Living - I have had 4 different apartments in Fulton's Crossing since 2005. I have been through the transition in management and company change.
