Ok. So my fiance and I lived there for one year. And we were very glad to move out. We had one neighbor that we talked to only and he was very nice. But he moved and we had the most ghetto girl that moved in beside us. She left her trash outside her door for so long that we started having flies come into our apartment, and the smell was horrible. We took pictures and also complained to the management and they did nothing. It took me finally having to confront her about the garbage. Also she had a Nissan and she had a car alarm that would go off at anytime of the day/night. I am not joking you that when I would shut my bathroom door in my house that her car alarm would go off. we also complained to the managment and they did nothing about that either! Even though they said they did talk to her. The covered parking spots are to close to another, I had a Chrysler 300 and when the ghetto girl moved in I was told by the management that I was not allowed to park my car in my carport spot that I paid for cause she said she had no room. We had another car also and we had paid for the permit parking and we never had parking in front of our house, we also had to hike home. The community security people suck because there are people who live there that just get day passes everyday. We saw a number or cars that easily had 100 day permits in the windows and floor. I do construction so I know what to look for in damage and stuff so before we moved in I went over the place with a fine tooth comb and we got all of our pet and security deposit back, So I can't say they robbed us there. But we did have a 1x1 and was paying a 1000 a month. So it is expensive. The nice neighboor we had, had his rental car broken into and his gps stolen. It was nice when we first moved in BUT THEN THEY ALLOWED THE HOOD TO MOVE IN! My 300C was vandalized many times. I had my tires popped and flattened. Our other car was keyed 3 times. The noise level is like going to a concert. They little rice rocket farting cars drive up and down the parking lot non stop and the hood have their stereos pounding louder then you could think. Now to more management, Our carpet was horrible, I complained about that many times, our carpet tack strip was exposed and we stepped on it so many times. The carpet was so worn down it looked like a public path. And don't expect to have any hot water after a 10 minute shower!
I just recommend not to live there unless you are one of the hood members! I had to pay for tire repairs 2 times cause I had nails placed under my tires.
It Horrible, management does not keep their words. And the grounds are dumpy, Dumpster are always overflowing. The buildings are falling apart also. I could honestly keep going. But I hope you get the message! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

Avalon GhettoGrove....best bet is to NOT live in Everott @ all. That ALL AMERICAN CITY advertisement is FALSE. Management at GhettoGrove is a bunch of small tech school drop outs that smile and lie at the same time. I believe the word I'm looking for here is Con artist. I fell for the line of B.S. then and I thank them because it was a growing experence of how not to be in life.
