My brother and I have lived at Avalon WildReed for almost ten months now. We both love it, I assure you, we are not employees or anything, coming from another complex in the vicinity where my brother and I had many problems, including vandalism of our vehicles, threats to throw firing objects through our windows, and being lied to by the management of how they are handling the situation to resolve the problems at hand. Avalon WildReed is a great place to live. I've had some problems with my downstairs neighbor, the apartment right below mine, playing their stereo up to loud during the day. Working graveyard and sleeping during normal waking hours for everyone else, I understand some noise and distraction but this absolutely rediculous. I went to the office and the maintenance person walked over with me, I went to my apartment, and he went to theirs and made them turn it down right then. I was amazed, it happened one other time, and since then no more outrageous radio. Great place to live. Oh, and the other comment complaining about there not being any place for kids to play, they should be playing at the park or your back yard, if you don't have a back yard, buy a house!
