You want violence in your family community - then Avalon WildReed is the place for you! My family and I lived there (after signing a full year lease) for a brief 5 months, all the way up on the 3rd floor (that move sucked). We were advised before moving in that it was a quiet, family oriented community with no crime problems (yah right). Within 1 week of moving, 3 gang-bangers moved in right below us, and partied all hours of the night. My 6 year old daughter didn't sleep well, seeing that her bedroom was right above theirs. I worked nights, and had to come home from work one night early because the guys below made death threats to my wife (police chief and everyone there). Well, the office staff girls had crushes on the boys downstairs, so guess who moved out' Oh yah, our car was vandalized the morning after the incident as well! We loved the look of the place, but attitude and personality are so much more important. Don't move to Avalon if you want family community (or quiet, or friendly staff, or . . .)
