I've been reading all these reviews and have been very suprised at what some of the inconsitencies that I've read. Yes covered parcking comes with a fee, but its not $50 its not $30 it $25. And parking isn't always so bad that you have to park on the street. To this day I have still found plenty of uncovered parking spaces. Out of all the appartments my roomate and I have visited, this is the only place where the lease management treated us like we deserved and seriously "went the extra mile" to ensure that we were happy and satisfied. I've seen people complaining about high crime and living near "the ghetto" aka to all us everett residents as "the Jungle". The city has recently spent a substantial amount on money cleaning up that area which has such been rebuilt and is a much nicer place. These apartments are in a great location nontheless. walking distance from the mall, a grocery store, theater, close to schools and parks. I've never had a problem with noise and when we moved in, we found a few problems here and there with loose towel bars, non working electrical outlet, etc. but as soon as we were finished with the walkthrough, maintanace instantly rushed up and fixed every problem before we even had a chance to move anything in! I definately recommend this community to anyone looking.
