Horrible Management

I can't say how nice of place this LOOKS, but how lousy management makes the place horrible. I lived there for 15 months. Twice the idiot manager rented out my PAID parking space from under me. He never even offered to credit me for my inconvenience. People have already mentioned how horrible the neighborhood is..so I don't need to dwell on that. We thought because it was so close to the Everett Mall Police Precinct, it would be safe. WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! We moved back into Seattle and our auto insurance went down a whopping $400 a year! Our renter's insurance went down too. Insurnace providers know what a neigborhood is really like. Don't be fooled by the nice woodsy look of the place (yes it looks nice). Bad Management (complete idiots) and a bad neighborhood (public housing bordering on east side). No more Avalons for us!
