I love our apartment. It's roomy and very clean. It's kind of noisy, but what do expect from an apartment complex. The only problem was our cars kept getting broken into. My husband's car has been broken into about 3 times in the past 5 months. Last night, they even tried to steal his car, but was unsuccesful, but now we have about $2,000 worth of damage cause they basically destroyed the interior. When we went to tell the Avalon staff, they basically had nothing to say and basically had the attitude like "Get over it." so it's up to you, as long as you have a good alarm system on your car, you will be fine!

After all this you still gave this crime infested place a "Yes" recommendation? Who needs enemies with friends like this?

(To the commentor and not the reviewer) A mature person is responsible for their belongings. Your car can be broken into ANYWHERE, and everyone knows that Everett isn't the nicest place in the world. Take responsibility, get a car alarm. Don't take it out on the apartment complex.
