I have read the other comments up to this point. My experience is very different than the others were. As far as safety is concerned - prevention is best. The apartment IS in Everett, so you already have to be conscience of crime. And the neighboring complex's do leave A LOT to be desired. But this complex is very nice. The grounds are well maintained. The buildings are nice looking. The insides of the apartments are really nice. It is very different than the surrounding area. I kept two cars in the parking lot - a BMW and a Chevy truck - both late models. I have never had a problem with crime on either vehicle. But I also lock the doors, roll up the windows, ... basic things to keep criminals from getting in. I'm not sure what the other review meant by saying there is crime every night. That is not my experience.
I searched the area for a place to live when I moved to Wildreed, they were easily the nicest places in the area. The units have 9' ceilings which makes them feel super huge. There is good parking around my building. It has not ever been a problem yet. The appliances are brand new Whirlpool, and they are top of the line, not junky. I am very pleased with living here, in fact I just signed for another year.
