I moved in this year, and am really happy w/my apt. And, yeah, this is Everett, not exactly known as the safest area in Washington for your car. You need to take some personal responsibility in that area. The apartment is really roomy with lots of closet space & a neat pantry & laundry room. The neighbors all seem really nice, too. You may want to live on the top floor if you're sensitive to noise. I'm not, & I can hear my neighbors, but I've alwayz lived in an apartment, and as long as it's not crazy party, it doesnt bother me. I'm really happy with the location, it's close to everything you need. So, so far, I have no complaints.
