I've live here with my siblings for almost a year and will most likely sign another year of lease. So far, I have not noticed any crimes around our apartment. We feel pretty safe. Maybe it's because we live my the main office and crimes tend to occur on the other side of Avalon. The only complaints I have about this apartment is the kids playing in the parking lot in sunny days. But who can really help that, it is just something you'll have to expect living in an apartment complex. The apartment manager always says hi with professional demeanor. After reading some of the reviews, I guess we got it lucky by choosing to live on the main office side of Avalon.
