Carefully choose where you live in this complex.

This complex is divided into two parts the front I can't say anything about. If you live in the cluster of apts 10-12 parking is hard to find after 5pm and usually you park further back and walk aways to this cluster of apts. There's a waiting list for the garages or covered parking. If someone parks in your stall after the office closes the Towing company WILL NOT tow the vehicle if you call. Only the Manager can call or the security patrol. Security generally doesn't like to call to have it towed unless you make it a big deal. I say all of this from past experience with the current management.
Since the Everett Mall was remodeled and the theater moved here there's aproblem of people racing down the 100th street at night. I don't expect management to do anything about this just so you know what it's like to live here.
There have been times when I went to the office to ask that the rules be enforced but this seemed of little concern for them. Even gave suggestions but have not seen any implemented yet.
The building it's self is very pleaseant and I don't hear loud sounds through the wall just from outside i.e. traffic, kids, load stereos etc.
