When we first moved into the community, we loved it.. the office staff was more then friendly and helpful... this was in the first part of 2006. About four months into our lease, the demon staff came aboard. The property manager is rude in nature and will argue that she is right and at times make you feel like she is right. We have had numerous issues with the office staff that includes lack of notice to enter into our unit. The RCW laws require a 48 hour notice for entry, we received a 12 hour notice. When the staff came into our unit, I was home, there were three men that "ran-sacked" our unit. They did not remove their shoes nor did they wear booties on their feet. One of my pictures was knocked off the wall, a wall hanging decorative piece we have was knocked sideways, and on the way out another picture frame on our entertainment center was knocked down. I contacted mangement, I received and apology with a letter stating that they will put our apartment key in a lock box and will not enter without proper approval.

Recently, we had a credit on our account. When the rent checked is written out to the community, we always put a memo stating "April Rent" or whatver month the rent is for. When I called to ask about the credit on our account, I was told it was moved to the water company and a letter was sent to us. We NEVER recieved a letter from the office staff indicating they were going to transfer our funds. When my husand called to take this up with the office staff, they were less then helpful and basically called him a liar in regards to not receiving notification of our account balance.

I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!
