They've jacked up the rent rates over $200 more a month in just 2 years. The office staff, specifically the manager, are horrible. Whatcom Security Patrol is never around and never provide any level of security after hours. It's quite honestly the worst place I've ever lived. When my lease runs out, I'm out of here. Don't move here, I live here and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Oh! They love to come in and inspect your place - all of the time! If it's not the maintenance staff, it's them coming in to inspect the fire alarms. No kidding in just about 8 months they've forced themselves into the place 3 times. And don't even get me started on the security deposits from heck....

I FULLY agree with the entire statement above. I have lived here the same amount of time, and the staff has intruded into my home so many times, I have lost count. When you sign the lease, they tell you that they do fire alarm checks with the fire dept and an annual inspection. That is 2 per year. I was ok with that, however, when ---- came into the office as the manager, there have been so many times where the staff feels the need to find a way to come into your apartment to do a check. Personally, I feel this is an invasion of my privacy and feel that I don't have any. Once the lease is up, I will NOT be staying, I will be leaving!!!!!!!! It is total BS how many times this place has the need to do their little stupid inspections.

this place sucks it really does. you have to read your lease agreement carefully. if you dont give written notice 60 days prior to your lease end, they will automatically renew it. i cleaned that stupid apt top to bottom and they charged me over 600 dollers in cleaning costs.
