DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Alot of mold and mildew especially in the walk in closets and in the windows and kitchen.

My car was stolen right in front of my patio. No security at least I haven't seen one when I was living there.

Patio would flood whenever it rained.

Serious bee problem never taken care of. Especially when I told management I was allergic to bees.

After hour maintenance took FOREVER to answer calls when my apartment was flooded 3 times from upstair neighbor kids when mom was gone.

Was charged for cover parking ($35 a month) when you should be able to have 1 spot per apartment. Garages are $100.

Beware of fire alarms going off at odd hours. Teens like to play with them. Teens also like to egg doors.

If you have a burnt out bulb near your front door, don't count on management or maintenance changing it anytime soon. You might as well do it yourself. If you need things done around your apt, do it yourself then get intouch with corporate office out in Redmond/Kirkland and let them know. Had many a talks with them about it.

Also carpets are infested with fleas. Spent alot of money on Raid and wouldn't get a reimbursment since I HAD NO PETS!
