I have been here for 2yrs and it feels like 5yrs instead. I don't know where to begin.

1. My water/garbage bill is separate and running over $25.00 a month. I have checked with friends that own homes and their bill for a 2 bd house with 3 occupants is $50.00 for 2 months. I have a small one bedroom with one occupant.

2. My car was backed into without even a note left on it.

3. I had the upstairs neighbors come home in the middle of the night and vomit all over my entry way area. When security was called and maintenance there was no responses.

4. Yes, there has been many nights when the fire alarm has been set off after midnight and maintenance never answers their pager calls EVER---EVER!!

5. I had to file a complaint the first month here due to the rain running through the bedroom wall profusely every time it rained. It had to be done with a 30 day notice attached and only then was anything done to fix the problem. They didn't want to take the chance that I call a general contractor myself. It would have cost them twice as much to fix.

6. The lawn care is awful--never done right and there is always garbage left in the bushes. Cigarette butts all over the place and never cleaned up. We are asked to clean it up as we see it; suggested in every monthly newsletter.

7. The neighbors in the house next to the North side of the complex runs motor cycles everyday all day. It seems they have made a dirt bike track there with no care for the neighborhood.

8. There is a $50 reward for anyone that sees and reports a neighbor that doesn't pick up after there dog immediately I think this is awful. I have a dog and if I am out walking him and he goes next to some other poop that was left by another animal; I pick theirs up also scarred that if someone came out to the same area after me they would think that was left by my dog. I am so careful but $50 is good money for witnesses.

9. As for Management they have been polite enough but they raised my rent 2 times in the last year and 1/2. When I told them I was gonna move out they said they didn't want to loose me, but never offered me any incentive to stay.

10. The traffic is awful when coming in and out of the complex. It is a dangerous curve and there is no view here and yes I have seen a lot of mold and flooding.

I could go on, but I think I have said enough. I am very unhappy with my choice to move in here and will be gone very soon.
