Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
Management has changed hands many times in the 4 years we have lived here. Maintenance is horrible. If you want something fixed, you might as well fix it yourself. It takes writing a letter to the Property Management to get anything done around here. The Management has been very unorganized and a real pain to deal with. They CHARGE YOU TO PARK ($35 a month) and not enough non-paid parking spaces are available. The only non-paid spaces that are available are on non-lighted side of building (unsafe). I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!
