Please call Everett police and ask them to please tell you what kinds of calls they have gotten over the last year to this complex.

This is not a place for young children. It is just unsanity and dangerous. The grounds are unkept with dog feces all over. The drug deals go on in the parking lot day and night. The carports are dark without lighting at night. The dumpsters are always overflowing and the tenants discard there unwanted furniture along with there garbage outside there door. Maintance and repairs are substandard if done at all. Management is nasty and shifty...don't believe one word they say. Best thing to do is take your kids where they and you will be safe and you will know your car will still be there in the am.
