Very Dissapointing...

It is best to stay away from Matanza Creek Apartments...noisy, lots of profanities and fights right near the playground area, lots of domestic squabbles. The management does not respond very well to maintenance calls and you will not be receiving any cleaning deposit or pet deposit upon move-out. The apartments have been repainted, but are in general poor condition.
