I live here at Matanza Creek and I can't help but feel slightly decieved and cheated. Of course, I know with all rentals their "show" room apartment is going to be much better than any of the others. However,I was extremly suprised with the amount of things wrong with mine that I didn't find till after I moved in. After dealing with one imcompetant staff member after another, I've almost given up hope that any of simple or major defects of my apartment are ever going to be fixed. Looking at my fire sprinkler, I sincerely hope their is never a fire here because I know that thing doesnt work. I am constantly fighting for my parking spot, which is reserved and paid for every month. Also, late night drop offs and watching exchanges out the window sincerly make me believe there might be something more happening here at Matanza creek.
