Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
and the only complaint is the parking. It's very difficult to find a spot after 9pm on a weekend and nearly all the spots are tiny to the point where you're guarenteed to get dinged once or twice. There are plenty of reserved spots open but those are very expensive and narrow. Other than that, great place to live. Maintenance staff is amazing and living by Silver Lake is a huge plus.
