This apartment complex is 10 plus years old, and it shows. Coupled with rents upwards to what other brand new complexes are charging. I would consider a newer more modern apartment complex to dump $800/ month into.
The apartments are drafty with many single pain windows and minimal insulation and still use baseboard heat coupled with Snohomish County having the highest utility rate in the state; it costs a small fortune to heat these apartments witch comes out of your pocket. The apartment units have constant pest problems from mice to insects. Floor plans are old and out of date. The floor plans are mirrored between units, meaning master bedrooms are back to back (So you can imagine what kind of things you hear through the walls). Phone jacks are not in abundance and are in odd locations for bedrooms. All units have half sized water heaters.
And as for customer loyalty, there is none. They could care less if you stay or move on. In my opinion for the money you could find a newer more energy efficient apartment.
