This complex is nothing more than a pain to deal with. Single pane windows make for EXTREMELY high electric bills in the winter. Front doors do not have adequate weather strips, and ants and cold air come in constantly. Birds get into your laundry closet because the maintenance workers will never get around to patching the hole. If you want any work done you have to fill out numerous work orders before they even begin to do the work, and once they do they usually do not fix what needs to be fixed, because they simply don't know how. It's much better to try and do it yourself, otherwise it will turn into more of a hassle than it should be.

The management is horrible. The old management used to be wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The two women that are in there now are the most rude and unhelpful people i've ever met. They could care less about anyone other than themselves, and they will give you false information about an array of things. They absolutely do not know how to run a business, let alone be nice to anyone.

The apartments are not clean when you move in, other than new carpet. Sinks will be clogged, drawers will be filled with crap, if you lift the lid of the stove there is crud all over the place, and its just not very clean. This apartment is overpriced and out of date. Master bedrooms are back to back and on top of each other, so you can imagine the things you hear.

To sum it up I recommend not even stepping foot on the grounds, it may look good from the outside but it will only result in a complete and utter disaster.
