I just read some of the things others had written. I lived at Breckenridge and found that the maintenance men never did there job. They basically always went to their apartment. Not just my family and I saw it, but others too!
The grounds are great and the remodel to the cabana thing is nice... I liked the size and look of the apartments well. But management is the worse. We were ripped off when we moved out. The manager knew she was in the wrong too. Both women in the office were nice to a point then back stabbed you where it hurt most.
I would never live there again with the two of them their.. and well with anything owned by Weidner.. they all so far have been bad. I lived at some and so did friends and family of mine! Oh and the free way can be heard at all the apartments.. what a shame. It looks and was too good to be true.
I also wanted to let you know.. I too moved in with it dirty and had only new carpet. Then.. was charged for the fith and even though it was know it was not our fault! They just didn't care and we could have sued.. still wish we had!
