I hated that after paying my rent and moving in, I found there was no parking and then I had to pay 25 dollars a month for a parking spot. When moving out my place was spotless, they charged me only for the carpet. fair enough, but after they cashed my check and it cleared a few months later I got a collection notice saying I still owed them money. I had to get my bank to mail a copy of the check to me and then they relized it was a mistake of the management.
