The new investment company is the current problem with management. The previous management was a smaller and more strick management. Now that we live in the new "renters market", getting apartments rented is all that matters. Now the exception bar is lowered and all are approved. For god sakes, I have a couple people with 60 pound dogs running all over and jumping on us. That isn't tops, the dog pope is all over the place, nobody picks up. The buildings are not engineered for sound either. You can hear everything; you can hear urination, crying, sex and much more. Oh, and don't expect any special treatment when your lease ends, Breckenridge doesn't like to offer concessions for renewal. These are just a few things you need to consider before moving in: Do you want your children jumped on by huge dogs and tracking dog feces in your home' Do you want to know everything your neighbor is doing' Do you want to move again in a year or less'
P.S.The proceeding entry is obviously from Management, or someone with a brown nose. There are several ok places on Silver Lake. Just find the one with the least complaints..Good Luck!
