Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
While the rent is lower than average, and the apartments look nice, the management treats their residents like thieves and criminals. Lots of fees upfront, rather than a large deposit...
1 reserved parking spot, but the rest is all street parking, and considering the street is all apartment complexes (and all operated by same company), extra parking is scarce. They WILL tow your car if it's not "properly" parked.
They do cave under pressure, they manage so many properties that they don't have the manpower to deal with issues that may go to court... they'll settle as soon as you mention it.
