I have lived at Breckenridge Apartments for 11 months and can't wait for my lease to end. The management is a complete joke. Anytime I've had a problem they have treated it as if they were not to be bothered and did not care. My mail has been stolen a good 10 times and my car was vandalized. When I went to the office with my concerns their reply was "I'm sorry have you called the police' Well you should go to your apartment and call the police". They are not helpful what so ever. Now that I'm moving out I have found that their only concern is to keep my deposit. They do a pre move out inspections (15 days before you move out) while you are not home. I asked if I could be present while they did the walk through and they told me that I was welcome to be there if I was home but would not call to notify me of when it would be other than 9-5. Also, you have to produce a receipt that you had the carpets professionally cleaned. For a 1 bedroom 1 bath the price for this is nearly as much as the deposit.
This is truly a horrible place to live and I'm really upset that I ever moved in.

they have fixed the mail theft problem after working with the local police. The cars can be vandalized no matter where you live and your mail can be stolen even at a house! get real.

I agree with the poster, Breckenridge management sucks. They are rude and could care less about the people living there.
Yes, cars get vandalized and mail gets stolen in Everett. The point is that the management should care when these things happen.
I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to live here.
Breckenridge is a JOKE!!!

Breckenridge does not screen who lives there. Next to me is a huge musculer pit bull who's ower has to give all he has to hold onto him. I run to my apartment.
