The 2 bedroom largest units are set up for roommates supreme!! I have more room than I had in my three bedroom rambler rental! The management is responsive and helpful. Maintenance is regular and timely. The grounds are well taken care of and gorgeous. The rents are well worth every dime. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I disagree with you, are you sure you're thinking of the right Breckenridge apartments? The grounds are litered with garbage (beer bottles and cans). Apartments are decent sized, nothing special. The management is the complete opposite of what you wrote. Maintenance guys are nice but slow to fix the problem. I've had my heat on my water heater go out 4 times in the past 5 months. I think this is a fake post done by that mail order asian bride in the office to try and make the place look good.

I don't know where you see the bottles/cans? I do not know which end you live on, but I love the place. My apt is quite large. The water heater issue-are they replacing the element each and every time? They should replace the whole thing I agree, not just the element. Perhaps a call to the main office in Redmond of Weidner properties would help. I am truly disturbed by your last sentence as this leads me to believe that your posting is by a person who is truly blinded by prejudice and not giving them a fair shake. I have great neighbors whom all came out and helped push everyone out during the snow. The response by the apts to that was marginal at best I will say upfront. I urge you to go into the office without the attitude and see if possibly your attitude was affecting the outcome of your situation. I live in Building 1 by the way.

I live in building 14 - no garbage over here! ...but no friendly car-pushers during the snow, either.
