I am a current resident of Breckenridge and all I have to say is BIG MISTAKE. I'm kicking myself for moving into this hole in the ground community. The management was really nice when I moved in but after my walk through of my new apartment it was a complete roll reversal. Can we say two faced!'! I pointed out that there was a few dings and that there were crumbs in draws my first day moving in and it seemed as if I irritated her by pointing out the obvious, but hey I don't want to get screwed when I move out! After a week of living in my apartment I noticed a weird odor. I mentioned it to the front office and they could care less. They told me there was nothing they could do and it was probably me. Very irritated! Oh and last week my parking neighbors car door window was knocked out, glass all over the ground. did I mention it's been a week and no one has swept it up!'!
Anways, save yourself the stress and wate of money. Don't rent from Breckenridge, you'll regret it like me!

Mr. Peter, you are really a LOUD DOG & I think I know who you are. I won't even justify your statments. I BAD REVIEW won't BREAK US!!Just to inform you that 90% of the residents have been here for 18 years so that means something. This is a DEMOCRATIC country and everyone is entitled to their own opinion.Still, thank you for staying here at Breckenridge!

I feel the manager was wrong in calling Mr Peter a loud dog. I belive the management is nice to you to get you in and then do not respond after they have gotten you. Many people are moving out when they can afford it. It has nothing to do with being there 18 months. They are looking for something better. The management has changed and they are not nice as you can see from the response that was given.
