The floor plan is GREAT! The property leaves a little to be desired and if you live here pray NOTHING goes wrong in your apartment!
We have had nothing but problems trying to get a plumbing leak fixed and the property management has been very unresponsive. They have recieved 5 notifications of the problem with the last one in writing with photos but all that has been accomplished is I now cannot use 1 of my showers and there is a hole in the ceiling of of 2nd bathroom and the heat lamp fan combo cannot be used.The maintenance crew has done what they can (that is when they come to check it out)but after that the problem falls into some management black hole.
February 13, 2006 After sending an email, to the property menager and cc'ing the Property Management Head office, I recieve an email in return stating they had been working on the problem (for a week'''), that they had been "researching" how to handle it. The maintenance crew showed up at noon 2/13 and made a decision as to how it should be fixed but that it would take several days (but that this fix may not work and I may or may not need to get them to come back and do something more aggressive to fix the problem and that both of my showers would be out of comission for at least 24hours 48 would be better). I then recieved a call from the property manager stating that they had dropped the ball and that evidently we are just those lucky tenants that when work oders came in from them they would just disappear and that I needed to keep on top of the maintenance men to be sure it's taken care of. Maintenance has been here to start the repairs hopefully this fixes the problem but I suspect I will be looking for a new place soon. This site will be my #1 tool in making a final decision on where I end up thank you making this site available, it's a GREAT resource wish I had found it sooner.
Well, I had to find a new place and when I gave notice the onsite managements response was Ok, it will be easier to fix with the unit vacant. And her parting shot was "I hope you have a better experience where ever you move to."

Thanks for your information. I have found that many apartment managers/owners don't really care and that there needs to be some way we can find out before moving in after living in several Everett apartments! It would be nice if there was feedback for every rental in the area---it can be terrible to be stuck in a bad place for a year. The feedback (must be honest) just may help encourage management/owners to treat others like they want to be treated and to follow the rental laws of the state.
