I moved in there based on what a friend had told me. When I moved in, Leanne was the manager and things were going ok.....she didn't get my carpet replaced in time for me to move in and there was a rip in the vinol...the walls had kilz spots on them and the counters were bad. The counters were resurfaced, but before she could get the rest of it completed, S&J management got replaced by Pinacle and suddenly, nobody would replace the carpet like promised, the vinol was never fixed and work orders never completed. The next 2 mangers were trying to get things straight, but then get replaced by Kelly. BAD BAD BAD...8 of my friends in the apartment moved out and refused to pay....they were charged by kelly for moving out early and for dammage that was pre-existing. I followed suit and got charged $1200 for the carpet that was there when i moved in and for a full paint and for the rip in the vinol. If tammee klein or tammy elder was still there, i know i wouldn't have been treated this way. Oh, and I paid a pet deposit and when moved out, the move-in sheet was "missing" and "no record" of me paying a pet deposit.all in all, terrible.
