I lived there awhile back also thinking it would be a nice place. Great floor plans BUT awful neighborhood! The first night we lived there we saw a gang bang in the play house, the manager (I won't mention her name) was "nice" but never got anything done. All I have to say is, If you are a shut in and not a single woman, it's not too bad, but I HATED leaving the house at night and would make someone walk me to my car!
