Brierwood Apartment management thinks that their apartments are worth 800 to 850 a month. I would not give them 600 a month for this dump. I,ve lived here for 3 years and it takes weeks to months to get things fixed. Management seems to think its nice to leave old doors etc.. laying around the property. It is my opinon that the state of Washington health department should step in and close them down or force a clean-up.
