We moved to Brighton Square about five months ago. Since moving here I have had no regrets. These apartments are clean and well managed. When we moved in it was under previous managment and about a month later a new manager took over. The previous manager was nice but seemed a little goofy and I can see why not everyone may have seen eye to eye with her. The new manager is a very kind and responsible guy. Our microwave broke a couple weeks ago. We called him on a Sunday evening and he was there to check it out Monday morning. A couple days later it was replaced. The manager even offered to lend us his old microwave while we were waiting for our new one. These apartments have a level of standard so they don't allow people to trash them like most other complexes. I feel very safe here. It's a fairly small complex and they don't have a clubhouse or a pool or anything like that but I think it's best that way. Most large complexes with a list of amenities go downhill quickly and usually become trashed. If you don't like kids then this may not be the place for you. It's a really family friendly environment. In the center of the complex is a playground and children are playing out there daily. It's a great way for your kids to make friends. I'm not sure why this has previous bad reviews. I'm sure the people in the reviews are not being completely truthful about their actions and are too irresponsible to be held accountable for their actions. Bottom line: It's a really great complex especially for the area.
