Me and my family have been living here for 3 1/2 years. A few months ago there was a terrible manager and we almost moved out until I was searching craigslist for a new job when I came past a post for a live in apt manager for a small 46 unit complex in south everett, I knew right away there were getting a new manager. We called up the old managers boss asked her, she verified it was true and we didnt move. I love it here, I have refured a few people to Brighton Square. I really like the manager we have now and I hope he stays around! I have a young daughter who I like taking out back to play. The lawn looks great and is always taken care of. Our neighbors are a bit loud with thier kids but its not tooo bad (we've never had to complain to them or the manager). Maintinance has always been real nice. Overall we have had a real nice experience, and we are making more like home. I really like there its a family friendly community and sometimes I sit in the window or on the balcony and watch children play. I also like that I know most of my neighbors and I can trust my daughter to play with other children. Parents are pretty much outside with thier kids so you rarely see children getting into mischief and trouble.
