Is this an apartment complex or a damn Zoo!!'
From what I have seen and heard of Mallard Cove I am not impressed.
Especially with the management.
Did anyone notice that for every bad comment made about this Hole of a place there is a good comment written.
Obviously written by the community manager.
The parking sucks, the buildings are old and green, everything is old and outdated, Unsupervised children running around all over the place and The crime is very high!
BEWARE!!!!

You have eveidentally "Heard" wrong. If you look closely there is not a good comment written for every bad comment... there are MANY good comments compared to few bad comments.
